How do I tell an agent that I can’t sign their Exclusive Brokerage Agreement?

Let the agent know that you work with all different types of agents and that working with one agent would drastically hurt your business as an investor. For all deals that they bring you, you are glad to work with them, of course. But you also have other friends/partners who are agents who list properties that want dual commission so you have to work with them on those deals. Therefore, you cannot sign the exclusive agreement. 

Note: NEVER sign an exclusive brokerage agreement because it usually states that you can exclusively only work with that specific brokerage. This is not a wise thing to do as a Pro Wholesaler!
