Do we have to go see each property we are analyzing personally? Or, is completing the Discovery Call with the Listing Agent and analyzing the property on the MLS enough?

No you do not necessarily have to go to each property personally. Through practice and using the Pro Wholesaler system, you will learn to analyze a property from the MLS photos and through the Discovery Call with the Listing Agent. Like anything in life, it takes a little practice.

Pro Wholesaler Members & Students have gotten dozens of deals under contract without ever physically going to the property. This is completely fine & encouraged if you are able to get properties under contract without having to go to the property.

However, sometimes the agent will WANT you to go to the property to view it to make sure you have seen it. In this case, you want to go to the property to view it. This continues to build rapport with the agent, and they will be happy you viewed the property.

Especially as a beginner, we recommend viewing the property if you have a solid Discovery Call with the agent. This will get you familiar with going to properties and viewing them, and if the agent wants to meet you, you can begin to build an even better relationship with them.

Eventually, you will get to the point where you do not need to go to the property at all to do a further analysis. But, the listing agent wanting you to go to the property should be looked as an opportunity to further take a look at the property & build the relationship with the listing agent.
